Job Description
5 years’ experience building, owning, and maintaining Incident Management or Event Management or IT Service Management tooling
Experience with designing and implementing system integrations using APIs and middleware
Experience in developing, maintaining, and debugging data transformation pipelines
Experience writing automation scripts in Python, Node.js, C# or similar
Experience working in an Agile team (using Scrum or Kanban)
Strong understanding of customer support processes (e.g. dealing with incidents, requests, and questions)
Good understanding of the sources of notable events, such as monitoring systems and service providers
A working understanding of computer networks
