Strategic Leadership: Develop data-driven territory and team plans, identifying market opportunities and exceeding business objectives.
Thought Leadership: Represent GitHub at industry events, fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and Microsoft peers.
Operational Excellence: Implement strong operational standards, ensuring efficient business management and mitigating risks.
Collaborative Spirit: Work seamlessly across cross-functional teams (Sales Development, Solution Engineering, Channel & Marketing) to showcase the immense value proposition of GitHub.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, ideally in the tech industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment
Experience working with a channel / partner ecosystem
English and Japanese fluency
