We're looking for an experienced Enablement Business Partner to join our UK team - based remotely. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Enablement Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver targeted enablement programmes that increase productivity.
Design and implement programmes that equip sales teams with the tools and skills needed to succeed.
Improve sales processes and workflows, aligning our goals and areas for improvement.
Measure the effectiveness of enablement programmes, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance impact.
Lead workshops, coaching sessions and ongoing trainings, ensuring development and upskilling of the sales team.
What We're Looking for (Minimum qualifications)
5 to 7 years in SaaS Sales Enablement with Sales / Sales support experience.
Relationship development, being a trusted advisor and strategic partner to support our goals.
Create enablement resources, including playbooks, guides, and presentations, tailored to the needs of the team.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred qualifications)
Value selling/Solution selling background
You will bring a "field first" approach to sales enablement.
