We're looking for a Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in mobile application development to join our core product team. This is a hands-on role at the crossroads of mobile and backend engineering—building immersive, high-performance tools that are used by elite athletes and coaches around the world.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
  • Design and manage RESTful APIs tailored for high-performance mobile applications
  • Deploy, scale, and operate backend infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS)
  • Develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android
  • Integrate advanced mobile features like video playback and recording
  • Bridge React Native with native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) modules as needed
  • Collaborate closely with AI, product, and design teams to deliver smooth and intuitive user experiences

What You Bring

Backend Development

  • 5+ years of experience with Node.js and Express
  • 3+ years working with MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build high-performance, scalable systems
  • Experience designing and maintaining secure and reliable REST APIs

Mobile Development

  • 5+ years of Android development using Kotlin
  • 5+ years developing mobile apps using React Native
  • Experience integrating native modules in React Native
  • 3+ years implementing video playback and recording features
  • 3+ years of iOS development using Swift
  • Experience with AR/VR technologies (ARKit, ARCore, RealityKit, ViroCore) is a plus

Bonus Points For

  • Hands-on experience with C++ for performance-critical components
  • Background in sports tech, fitness, or live video applications
  • Experience with real-time data systems or streaming infrastructure
