Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including websites, point of sale and sales collateral materials.
- Design and maintain dealership promotional websites using WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience, responsive design, and up-to-date content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Optimize graphics and web content for performance, including image optimization, SEO best practices, and web accessibility.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and web technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web development, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and WordPress web development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong hold on motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first web development.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and web development projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automotive marketing and design – new car or aftermarket.
- Knowledge of additional CMS platforms and web development frameworks.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
