The Growth Marketing team is looking for an intern who wants to learn how to create ROI-driven campaigns for a B2B SaaS startup. If you're getting started with Growth, this is a great opportunity as they will learn to build a growth engine from the ground-up.
You will be exposed to multiple channels, workflows, tools and AI-based enhancements that are changing how marketers think & work.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with Campaign Setup on paid channels LinkedIn, Google Ads
- Ensure lead hand-off from Marketing to Sales
- Co-ordinate with agency, design, PMM for landing pages
- QC Mails, Ads & Landing Pages (ex: link-testing)
- Maintain campaign reporting and conduct weekly analysis & share campaign perf insights
Success Metrics
Success will be measure through these 3 areas predominantly:
- Revenue-driven through outbound channels (north-star metric)
- Sales-Qualified Opportunities & Meetings created (lead metrics)
- No-maintenance channels/lead pipeline created (measured by MQLs)
- Leads for inbound-led Outbound
Requirements/Skill Sets
- Good written communication is a must since some of the work would be around messaging, content & copy
- Data-driven accountability for campaign performance is essential
- Past experience of digital marketing is a plus
- Any experience of outbound marketing, especially performance campaigns is a big plus
- Deeper understanding of either the B2B space or the Influencer Marketing landscape is a big plus
