One of our companies is currently looking for an HR Manager in India.

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s organizational needs and ensuring seamless HR operations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and will be responsible for compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development. You will partner with leadership to drive initiatives that foster a strong organizational culture, ensure legal compliance, and support employee relations. Your expertise in HR systems and processes will help create a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal mobility
  • Ensure HR systems, policies, and procedures are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational changes
  • Support payroll processes in coordination with third-party vendors and internal teams
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and inclusion through targeted initiatives
  • Offer guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
  • Support global HR projects, share best practices, and ensure consistency across regions



Requirements
  • 6+ years of HR experience, with exposure to various HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and compliance
  • Experience in multinational environments or managing cross-border HR initiatives
  • Preferred experience in SaaS, healthcare tech industries, or similar fast-paced sectors
  • Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and global HR systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information and navigate sensitive employee relations issues
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to HR decision-making
  • Familiarity with global employment laws and international labor practices (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, with SHRM/HRCI certification being a plus
