Roles and Responsibilities-
ï‚· Hire 20- 25 Dedicated Sales Professional every week.
ï‚· Hire replacement immediately incase a Sales Professional is unable to perform.
ï‚· Filling positions within an organization as required and instructed by the organization.
ï‚· Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
ï‚· Developing own network of suitable candidates.
ï‚· Handling of administration and record-keeping.
ï‚· Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
ï‚· Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
ï‚· Drafting and posting job descriptions.
ï‚· Interviewing candidates.
ï‚· Preparing Job Offer Letters.
ï‚· Track the Daily Performance of the Sales Professional.
ï‚· Networking with various institutions and social media.
ï‚· Dealing with Internal and External Queries from the Recruits.
ï‚· Ensure all documents are 100 % accurate, complete and consistent.
ï‚· Storage of documents for future retrievals.
ï‚· Ensure to maintain client and company records under strict confidence.
ï‚· Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverables.
ï‚· Prepare Daily Reports on the progress of the work as instructed.


Requirements and Skills-
ï‚· 1 - 2 years’ experience will be added advantage.
ï‚· Excellent communication skills.
ï‚· Sound in Microsoft Office.
