Identity & Access Operations Manager

The Identity & Access Operations Manager at Solventum will be responsible for managing the operations functions for an enterprise Identity and Access Management practice. This role involves ensuring solutions and processes across the entire Solventum - 3M Health Care Business Group are successful. The manager will work on a comprehensive footprint including identities of employees, third parties, customers, and various devices across multiple environments. The position is remote and based in Bangalore, India.
