Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire and develop world-class sales talent
Understand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition
Be the GM of your business and create a plan for success
Accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly
Coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets
Build development plans for each sales rep
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand
Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure
Foster a culture which embraces DE&I
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
1+ years of experience in sales and in leading successful sales teams
Proven track record in hitting stretch goals quarter on quarter
Experience working with partners, SIs and selling directly
Experience selling to SMB and Commercial accounts in the Nordics or Benelux
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience selling security, SaaS or software
Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA or related area
