Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Work closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality in our web system. Partner with marketing teams to align web solutions with marketing strategies.
Provide technical leadership in web development, architecture, and best practices. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web systems.
Implement and optimize development processes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and quality. Identify and address bottlenecks and technical challenges.
Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, conducts code reviews, and follows best practices for testing and deployment.
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders. Ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
