Should have a good design portfolio with demonstrable visual design skills

Should be able to work work on design end-to-end indepently

Should have at least 5-6 years of experience (minimum)

Should be in UX design role for at least 2 years minimum (demostrable)

Should know how to build a design system (a UX design artifact deliverable)
