Knowledge and expertise of working with applied science, AI tools, processes and techniques.
Knowledge of customer research. Defining and prioritizing customer scenarios and experiences, identifying problems, outlining concepts and riving validation. Creating differentiated developer experiences across development tools. Anticipate, identify, and mitigate blockers to customer success goals.
Leveraging data and analytics to capture progress and key results toward team objectives. The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative using quality metrics and data.
Engaging with customers and partners to understand business needs and opportunities.
Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders .
Specifying, owning, and growing product features through the whole product lifecycle .
Communicate with customers via blog posts, documentation, and engage on Open Source forums .
Build end-to-end demos of scenarios for your developer experiences .
Work with marketing/PR teams and presenting occasionally at conferences .
Knowledge and expertise increasing the discoverability and adoption of new product features.
