We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Compensation Partner (EMEA) to join our Total Rewards Team. Reporting to our Head of International Total Rewards, you'll be responsible for:

Create total rewards programmes that contribute to our growth at scale
Provide guidance to partners across our business
Develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation topics, including the settling of pay levels, base, bonus, equity, and incentive compensation.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Experience with EMEA-wide compensation and equity programmes with emphasis on both broad-based and incentive compensation, including sales compensation.
Demonstrated experience reporting and performing complex analysis.
Excel expertise.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Deep compensation knowledge including compensation theory, application, and compliance with local labour laws that apply to compensation plans, policies, and programmes.
Experience with a distributed workforce and HR and Total Rewards functions within a scaling organisation.
Mathematical, statistical and conceptual skills.
