Job Description - Senior IT System Analyst Azure (Remote)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Mentor and grow staff for this role
- Design and implement IT Infrastructure Architecture based on best practices and business requirements
- Manage IT Infrastructure Projects with internal and external partners/teams and meet required deadlines
- Implement High Availability across critical IT Systems to provide business continuity
- Ensure Disaster Recovery plans and procedures are in place
- Deliver against IT Performance Metrics
- Deliver against Business SLA
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies, both hardware and software
- Manage relationships and collaborate with leaders within the business units to improve IT Infrastructure efficiencies
- Provide senior-level technical support to the business
Candidate Qualifications:
Experience Required: 10+ years
Required Skills:
- IT support - must have experience in Azure cloud
