Senior Legal Associate

Devoted Studios, a production management company for external development in video games, is seeking a Senior Legal Associate. This remote position involves managing a range of legal responsibilities focusing on international expansion, legal research, and internal legal processes. The role includes tasks related to tax and legal research, corporate support, legal operations, service provider management, labor payout matters, and global compliance and risk management. The candidate should have a BA/Master’s Degree in Law and a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate law.
