You will take ownership of the end-to-end design process—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and final implementation—helping bring innovative ideas to life across our web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Translate business requirements and user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create visually compelling, accessible, and brand-aligned designs that elevate the product experience.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
  • Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs and conduct design QA.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them thoughtfully.
  • Advocate for design thinking within the organization and contribute to a user-first product culture.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX and product design roles, preferably within agile product development environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframes, and final visual design.
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A user-first mindset and a passion for solving complex problems through thoughtful design.
