We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Product Designer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in crafting seamless user experiences and intuitive interfaces. As a key member of our product team, you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centric solutions that drive engagement, enhance usability, and contribute directly to product success.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end design process—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and final implementation—helping bring innovative ideas to life across our web and mobile platforms.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create visually compelling, accessible, and brand-aligned designs that elevate the product experience.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
- Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs and conduct design QA.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them thoughtfully.
- Advocate for design thinking within the organization and contribute to a user-first product culture.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX and product design roles, preferably within agile product development environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframes, and final visual design.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A user-first mindset and a passion for solving complex problems through thoughtful design.
