Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

Prospects for potential new clients within our target market.
Outbound Sales Funnel Management: Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and qualify them.
Outbound Prospecting: Initiate telephonic contact with potential customers, creating initial interest and positioning our solutions effectively.
Call Campaigns: Execute various call campaigns and meet or exceed the assigned quota of connects per day.
Presentation Skills: Articulate key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on the prospect's needs and expectations.
Meeting Scheduling: Persuade relevant contacts for in-person or phone meetings.
Email Campaigns: Launch targeted cold email campaigns to generate interest and leads.
Coordination: Coordinate with US counterparts to ensure seamless communication and strategy alignment.
Job Requirements

Experience: Must have over 4+ years of experience in business development.
Desirable Market Exposure: Must have exp. in selling in the US Corporate market.
Service Industry: Proven track record of bringing in business deals within the Insurance sector.
Proven Track Record: Effectively communicate the selling points of insurance products through phone and email. Solid understanding of the insurance sales process and lifecycle, with experience collaborating with the Sales Operations team.
Shift: Comfortable working in US shifts.
Cold-calling: At least 3 years of Cold calling exp. is mandatory.
Skills: Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
B2B Campaigns: Extensive experience working on B2B campaigns.
Technical Savvy: Proficient with the internet, Word, and Excel; familiarity with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com, is highly desirable.
Client Understanding: Ability to understand client requirements and tailor conversations to meet those needs.
Resilience: Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to handle rejection.
Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
