What you’ll be doing:
Serve as primary subject matter expert on all aspects of global immigration (e.g., visas, work permit and permanent resident processes)
Consult with employees and stakeholders on international assignment and relocation offerings, including visa processing, housing, schooling, and transportation
Advise on policy changes related to immigration and relocation
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the relocation process, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Collaborate with HR, Legal and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations and address any escalations related to global mobility.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and practices across different countries.
Ensuring trackers and case management tools are maintained to support immigration, reocation, and tax cases
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers involved in relocation and immigration processes.
Monitoring performance of vendors and hold them accountable for meeting SLAs
Handle day-to-day inquiries regarding global mobility policies
Examine global mobility process
What we look for in you:
Bachelor degree in human resources or a related field
Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with 5 years of experience in global mobility experience at a company with a globally-distributed workforce
Experience with writing and scaling global mobility policies
Knowledgeable about global immigration laws, with specific experience working with a workforce in North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC
Experience with managing relocation and immigration/work authorization vendors
Strong knowledge of global immigration laws and processes, and knowledge of industry, market and regulatory changes in areas of immigration, relocation and mobility taxation
Nice to haves:

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$121,125—$142,500 USD
