What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
Professional experience (10+ years) coupled with strong operational leadership background and the ability to multitask will be critical.
CySEC advanced certification.
Strong understanding of financial markets and related instruments, including derivatives.
University degree and/or professional qualifications in a related field.
Familiarity with cryptocurrencies including exchange trading and blockchain transactions.
Experienced regulatory background and strong risk awareness.
Excellent attention to detail, problem solving/analytical abilities, and research skills in a fast pace constantly evolving working environment.
Executive level communication skills.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Nice to haves:
Programming knowledge to help transform manual touch points and create efficiencies in the various workflows.
Experience with on-chain crypto activities is a strong plus
