In this role you will:
Collaborate with stakeholders (process owners, service owners, Security, IT Infrastructure, IT Asset Management) to align requirements with platform capabilities.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and story creation all the way through to solution development and testing.
Develop innovative solutions that deliver high value business outcomes.
Work with other ServiceNow engineers
Support the platform to ensure stability, upgradeability, integrity and efficient operation of the platform.
Execute upgrades and install patch/fixes, Investigate and resolve incidents
We are looking for people who have:
Valid ServiceNow Administrator certification
Strong understanding of and experience developing for the ServiceNow platform
Ability to build or modify scripts using Javascript, HTML or other languages as necessary
Experience building new integrations with Integration Hub
Familiarity with Flow Designer and UI Builder
Architected and developed custom scoped applications
Experience building custom portal widgets and IntegrationHub actions
Knowledge of REST API
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to coach junior developers and lead platform capability adoption
Excellent communication skills, including presenting technical information to non-technical audiences
