Responsibilities

Elevate our enforcement strategy and capabilities by partnering with leaders in safety, community, and legal.
Lead our Scaled Abuse detection and enforcement efforts across all policy violations with an emphasis on the many forms of Spam.
Provide data driven guidance to our Product and Engineering teams in developing real time enforcement systems that enable us to mitigate exposure to harmful and unwanted content.
Mentor Data Scientists and Threat Analyst in technical approaches for mitigating and detecting abuse.
Share intelligence gathered to other safety stakeholders and executive decision makers.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and techniques in abuse detection and prevention while applying this knowledge to improve our systems.
